About Dana O'Toole, MD
As a Pediatric Allergist and Immunologist, I aim to provide compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care and conduct research to improve outcomes and quality of life. I enjoy supporting and partnering with patients and their families to understand their individual needs regarding allergic and immunologic conditions which can have a significant impact on quality of life.
Dr. Dana O'Toole is a Pediatric Allergist and Immunologist and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ and an Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center.
Dr. O'Toole completed her undergraduate degrees (B.A., B.S.) at Villanova University in Biology and Psychology, followed by her medical degree (M.D.) at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center where she received the Senior Resident Award for Teaching Excellence. She completed her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Dr. O’Toole has a wide range of expertise in allergic and immunologic conditions with a particular clinical interest in allergic skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis and urticaria. Her research interests include quality of life in allergic and immunologic conditions.
