Biographical Info

Dr. Jiang earned her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at NYP Columbia-Cornell, serving as chief resident in 2018-2019. Dr. Jiang is currently an Assistant Attending Emergency Medicine Physician and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical College.

In her current role as Director of Research Education and Training Programs, Dr. Jiang oversees research development and support for trainees as well as directing the department’s Research Associate Program.

Her areas of research focus on understanding the healthcare trajectories of patients discharged from the ED and developing operational innovations to improve this ED transition of care (TOC). She has a particular interest in utilizing stakeholder engagement and implementation science methodologies to modify existing TOC programs to address the unique needs of vulnerable populations.
