About Onyinye D. Balogun, M.D.
In radiation oncology, there is often a lot of emphasis on the technologies that a department possesses. At ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ, I deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients using the latest technologies not only in radiation oncology but all aspects of their care. Our multidisciplinary approach and collaboration across all disciplines (surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology) ensures that the treatment plan meets the unique needs (health, emotional, spiritual) of each individual patient. It is also important to me that each person feels empowered and informed throughout their treatment and for the duration of our relationship. I am fortunate to work in an environment where my patients and I can flourish.
Dr. Onyinye Balogun is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ specializing in the treatment of breast and gynecologic malignancies. She is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Balogun initiated her residency training at the University of Chicago and completed her final year at New York University.
