Dr. Kapadia is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and an attending physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center and Lower Manhattan Hospital. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Public Health & Preventive Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise include bacterial infections, HIV, and viral hepatitis.

Biographical Info

Dr. Kapadia received his undergraduate degree from New York University. He completed medical training at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and continued on to complete an internal medicine residency there as well. He joined ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ where he completed a residency in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, a fellowship in adult Infectious Diseases, and a masters of Science in Clinical Investigation. Since joining the faculty, Dr. Kapadia has provided inpatient and outpatient infectious diseases care at both ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center and Lower Manhattan Hospital. He is also a member of the Department of Population Health Sciences, where he conducts clinical research related to HIV, hepatitis C, and substance use disorders.
